I didn t had time to finsh if I can I' ll try to finish it on next monday but that is what i got so far

How I did it?

1. put the logo on premiere pro
2. I used the options swivel, tilt and distance to image
3. put on the sequence an adjustment layer
4. put black video option on the sequence
5. duplicate the adjustment layer with all the work in it
6. put hihglight to the image
7. export as a video and as an image to blogger
